Why choose just one destination? At River Fork Ranch you’re centrally located to explore McCall, Jug Mountain, and Donnelly. Nestled at the northern end of Long Valley, the ranch spans approximately 320 acres between the resort community of McCall and the mountain town of Donnelly. Lake Fork Creek flows for over a mile through a lush, forested corridor before merging with Cascade Lake five miles downstream.

Access to the ranch is via Spink Lane, a well-maintained county road that borders the southern edge of the property for a quarter-mile. Upon entering the ranch, you will be immediately enveloped by its serene atmosphere and privacy. The surrounding stands of pine and aspen provide a natural buffer from the open valley, creating an idyllic environment for a residence. A bluff on the eastern side of Lake Fork Creek offers panoramic views of the waterway and several potential building sites. As you venture further into the ranch, you will discover a rich mosaic of ecosystems, including perennial wetlands, seasonal meadows, aspen and willow groves, open sagebrush parks, and timbered uplands. This diverse habitat is home to a variety of wildlife, including elk, mule deer, whitetail deer, and numerous non-game species.
